Talio Transcription Bot

Overview

This guide will walk you through the steps to use the transcription bot in our software. You will learn how to navigate to the transcribe section, start the transcription process, enter the necessary information, monitor the bot's progress, and view the final results.

Step 1: Navigate to the Transcribe Section

1. Open your Talio Dashboard.
2. In the left-hand menu, click on Transcribe.

Step 2: Start a New Transcription

1. Click on the Start button on the right side of the screen to begin a new transcription project.

   

Step 3: Enter Meeting Information

1. Fill in the project details:
   • Project Name: Enter a name for your project.
   • Meeting URL: Paste the URL of the meeting you want to transcribe.
   • Objective: Provide a brief description of the objective of this focus group or interview.
   

Step 4: Monitor the Bot's Progress

1. Once you start the transcription, the bot will join the meeting.
2. You will see the bot's status change from In waiting room to In progress.
3. You can also remove the bot if necessary by clicking the Remove bot button.

Step 5: View the Transcription Results

1. After the transcription is complete, you can view the results in the Transcribe section.
2. The status will show as Completed once the transcription is done.
3. Click on the project title to view the detailed transcription and AI-powered insights such as summary, topics, and key insights.

Step 6: Remove the Talio app

1. Log in to your Zoom account and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace.
2. Click 'Manage' >> 'Added Apps' or search for the 'Talio' app.
3. Click the 'Talio' app.
4. Click 'Remove'."
